Secure the Package

Carefully wrap your ceramics or glassware in their original protective padding and box to prevent breakage during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your return parcel.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects the items for any damage, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
